L'oreal True Match Foundation review
***Beware this is Rather Long***
So I was looking for a new foundation to add into my holy grail collection after having so much success with the Covergirl 3-n-1 outlast stay fabulous foundation I wanted to have something I could alternate. So I was watching my favorite YouTube Makeup Guru Nicole Guerriero or nguerriero19 and she always Raves about the L'oreal true match as her all time FAVE so I decided to look up a few reviews while on YouTube and for the most part everything was positive worked for both oily and normal skin etc etc so I went to the L'oreal website to see what the claims are for this foundation
Here is what L'oreal says it does; With patented color technology, True Match™ Makeup precisely matches your skin’s tone and texture and coordinates perfectly with True Match™ Powder, Blush, and Concealer. Formulated with Precise Match™ Technology so you can control coverage and fine-tune it. Ultra-pure formula contains no oils, fragrances, or pore-clogging fillers, so all you see is beautiful, radiant, flawless skin. With Vitamins A and C, wheat germ and grape fruit extract to keep your skin nourished, protected and healthy.
Now for my results
I bought mine at Walmart for 8.00$
(8.06$) once you add tax so price wise very affordable
Nice color range & selection I happened to be W4 color did match so that is another bonus
I applied this foundation a few ways ....
1. I applied the foundation with my concealer underneath ( I use the Hard Candy Glamoflauge) and the finish was nice and natural looking no complaints finished the rest of my make up and went on my way. I love to test my foundations at home before wearing them out in public I waited a few hours to look at my face again by the time I went back to look I was ready to REMOVE this foundation was so oily it was slipping off my face and I have normal skin my face is never oily . Now I'm glad I didn't wear this out in public .
2. So I decided to give this foundation a second chance because I love to make things work . This time I applied my foundation first then put on my concealer finished my face just like the first time . I waited a few hours to check my make up again and once again this foundation was an Oily mess it wasn't very flattering at all.
3. I'm one to never throw anything away even if its not right for me being as reluctant as I am I decided to give this foundation another go around this time I applied my concealer underneath the foundation but I applied my Rimmel London Stay Matte powder on top hoping this would solve the problem so like the last 2 times I finished the rest of my makeup and waited a few hours to check my face and unfortunately like the other 2 times it was an OILY MESS even with my Stay Matte powder
***PRODUCT PROS&CONS***

I regret buying this product I was hoping for a positive outcome, then again maybe I had just bought a bad batch? Since I know it's worked for many others .
